Photo is with One of my relatives Hetti Perkins, senior Curator of Aboriginal and Torris Strait Islander Art at the Gallery of NSW and daughter of Charlie Perkins a famous indigenous activist who led the freedom drive in the 60's. Second photo is with Vernon Ah Kee famous Indigenous artist and myself at the opening of GOMA's newest exhibition "My Country, I still call Australia Home, Contemporary Art from Black Australia" Vernon's artworks are hanging in the exhibition.
